Shay Tan

Shay Tan is currently the Brand Director for Procter & Gamble's Hair Care portfolio in the Philippines, where they lead a team managing brands like Head & Shoulders and Pantene. Previously, Shay achieved remarkable success as a Senior Brand Manager, notably turning around Pantene's market performance, and received the FY2223 CEO Award for top-tier management. Shay's prior experience includes pivotal roles at Emma – The Sleep Company and Philip Morris International, where they demonstrated a strong ability in brand management and strategic growth. They graduated magna cum laude from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor's degree in Management, majoring in Communications Technology Management.
