Terrell Starks is a creative leader with a diverse background in both film production and scientific research. As the Founder and Creative Director of StarKosi Productions, LLC since November 2024, Terrell oversees the development of original films and branded content that emphasize culture and emotional storytelling. In addition, Terrell serves as an Associate Scientist in Formulation and Process Development Engineering at Procter & Gamble since February 2022 and previously worked as a Product Development Ingredient Scientist at The Kraft Heinz Company from April 2023 to May 2025. Terrell holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Chemical Processing from Tuskegee University, earned between 2016 and 2021.
