Tim Laughlin is currently a Principal Scientist at Procter & Gamble, where they have worked since 1997 in the upstream Global BioSciences Division. Their expertise lies in the design, development, and utilization of biochemical and cell-based assays, contributing to multiple technologies in various product categories, including Skin Care and Oral Care. Tim has also led collaborations with internal teams and external partners while coaching 17 research associates. They earned a BS in Biochemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and previously completed postdoctoral studies at Vanderbilt University in Biochemistry and Molecular Toxicology.
