Ty Martin is an experienced R&D and product development leader who recently retired from Procter & Gamble in December 2025. With expertise in global consumer products, Ty served as the Sr. Director for Fabric Care R&D, overseeing a $6 billion liquid detergent business and managing extensive product and packaging innovations. Prior to this role, Ty held various leadership positions at P&G, focusing on hair care, cosmetics, and engineering, where they successfully led diverse teams and delivered significant product innovations. Ty holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
