Uwe K.

Uwe K. is currently the Director of R&D Electronics at Procter & Gamble, where they lead and develop a team of skilled electronic engineers, focusing on consumer-centric innovation and technology platform development. Previously, Uwe held various positions at Procter & Gamble, including Senior Project Manager and Section Head, where they managed numerous electronic module developments and led teams of engineers in analog electronics and other fields. Uwe began their career as a Scientific Assistant at the Technical University Ilmenau before earning a Dr.-Ing. and a Dipl.-Ing. in Solid State Electronics from the same institution. Additionally, Uwe is pursuing a certificate in Facilitating and Designing Workshops with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method from the Association of Master Trainers.
