Vanessa M. is currently the Innovation Design Director at Procter & Gamble, leading initiatives for transformational platform technologies aimed at achieving carbon neutrality. Previously, Vanessa held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Senior Design Manager for Global Baby Care and Fem Care, where they shaped aesthetic strategies and product innovations. Vanessa started their career as a design intern at Rock-Tenn Company and also co-founded the Tread Project, a design studio that empowered high school students through footwear design within the STEM framework. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati and ongoing studies in Psychology at Duquesne University, Vanessa combines diverse expertise in design and therapeutic intervention.
