At Procter & Gamble, Wayne progressed through multiple roles such as Project Leader, Site Integrated Planner, Process Engineer, Site Leader, and Supply Chain Leader, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient production and operational execution. Earlier career experience includes positions as Materials Planner and Operations Manager at AEG Photoconductor, and as Retail Sales and Store Manager at Hader Hardware.
