Willie Johnson

Willie Johnson has over 25 years of experience in engineering and operations, primarily at Procter & Gamble since June 1998, where roles have included Director of Beauty Engineering and Director of Operations for North America Haircare. Johnson has successfully developed strategies for platforming in batch processes and implemented digital solutions to enhance productivity. As a Technical Project Manager, Johnson led the integration of a Product Lifecycle Management system across 23 global plants, achieving significant productivity savings. Previous experience includes roles at General Motors as a Design Release Engineer, focusing on validation testing for the EV1, and a cooperative position at GE, where initial engineering concepts were applied to enhance productivity and safety in wastewater treatment and steam production. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University.
