Witold Nowacki

Witold Nowacki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, currently serving as Plant Manager - Senior Director for Baby Care in the United States since January 2024. Over a tenure spanning from January 1997 to June 2023, Witold held various senior director roles, including Global Manufacturing Senior Director and Supply Network Operations Senior Director for Europe, as well as for the India, Middle East, and Africa regions. Procter & Gamble experiences also include overseeing the startup and expansion of a greenfield Baby Care Plant in Cairo and managing diaper converting operations in that facility. Prior to Procter & Gamble, Witold worked as a Mechanical Engineer class 3 at the Polish Steamship Company. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Course in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Kozminski University and an M.Sc. in Automotive Engineering from Poznan University of Technology, in addition to an M.Sc. in Naval Mechanical Engineering from the Maritime Academy in Szczecin.
