With experience working for various companies in different roles such as General Superintendent, Senior Estimator, Project Manager, Designer, and Job Captain, Lance brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role at Proctor Construction. Lance's expertise includes architectural design, construction estimating, project management, and contract administration. Lance is also the owner of their freelance design consulting firm, Balsam Design, LLC, where Lance provides services to clients in all aspects of construction. Lance holds a B.S. in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Trine University.
