Michael O'Neill

Michael O'Neill, P.E. is a Project Executive at Proctor Construction with experience as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior to that, Michael worked at Wharton-Smith, Inc. as a Project Manager. Michael also served in the United States Air Force as Combat Crew Communications. Michael holds a BS in Construction Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
