Mike Olsen

Mike Olsen has a long history of work experience in the technology industry. Mike started their career in 2009 as a Lead Research Software Engineer at EdPlus at Arizona State University, where they worked on developing http://asuonline. asu. edu and related marketing websites. In 2012, they took on the role of ASU Skunkworks at Arizona State University. Finally, in 2014, Mike founded and became the CEO of Proctorio, a company that offers live, automated, record & review, and secure browser online proctoring. Their company utilizes machine learning and facial detection technologies to monitor students during online exams.

Mike Olsen received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Aerospace Engineering (Aeronautics) from Arizona State University in 2011. Mike then continued their studies at ASU, obtaining a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Software Engineering in 2013. In May of 2013, they received a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
