Our History

Forged in the high-stakes environments of Automotive, Electronics, and Oil&Gas, ProcuraForge was founded by engineers who grew tired of "slide-deck consultancy." Having managed €2.5B in global spend across the Far East-Turkey-EU corridor, we built the firm we wished we could hire: one that understands the spec as well as the price.

Our Mission

Our mission is to transform procurement from a cost-center into a growth engine through engineering-grade precision and pragmatic AI. We deliver Intelligence-as-a-Service to navigate global complexity, ensuring every strategy moves beyond the page into real-world execution with Skin in the Game accountability and measurable P&L impact.

Our Team

We are technical leaders with decades of experience navigating the intricate machinery of global procurement organizations. As engineers and commercial experts, we speak the languages of both the assembly line and the executive suite. We don't just advise; we embed as collaborative partners to bridge the gap between complex R&D requirements and bottom-line performance.

Our Values

Precision First: We lead with technical accuracy, not corporate jargon.
Skin in the Game: We share the risk to ensure we share the success.
Seamless Integration: We act as an extension of your team, not an outsider.
Execution Focus: We prioritize realized results over theoretical strategies.
