Ken Moe is a Plant Engineering Manager at 3M, where they lead global SAP MRO data governance and ensure data quality and readiness for material master creation. With over 17 years of experience in plant engineering, sourcing, and Lean Six Sigma, they are dedicated to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across various domains. Ken has also held positions such as Business Analyst at Westmor Industries and has worked in various sales and management roles at GE and WESCO Distribution. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an Associate of Arts in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology from Alexandria Technical and Community College.
