Procure Spot is an Australian private company, established as a professional consultancy servicing clients nationwide. Our founder, Matthew Armour, has spent over 18 years managing strategic projects for some of largest government agencies in Australia.

Procure Spot commenced with the idea of helping small to medium businesses become equipped with the necessary tools to win government contracts. Our business model is based on the accomplishment of projects within both the public and private sectors and brings together business insights that give our customers a distinct advantage.

Procure Spot has a deep experience-based understanding of the issues and trends of key industry sectors, with an intimate knowledge of business processes, operational processes and management systems. Our staff are ex-government employees who have years of experience in government procurement. This broad experience sets us apart from our competitors as we have a particular insight regarding what government representatives are looking for when they read and assess your submission. We see things others don’t!

Our primary service offering includes but is not limited to:
•	SmartCities
•	Bid/Grant Management.
•	Tender writing.
•	Management Systems certified to ISO.
•	Project & Program Management.
•	Auditing & Advice.
•	Contract Management.
