Ted Harrison

Ted Harrison serves as the Senior Vice President of Government Delivery at Belcan and as the VP/GM of Defense for Belcan Government Solutions since May 2022. In addition, Ted is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association and the Procurement Round Table. Prior to their current role, Ted held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President at TAPE, LLC, Senior Adviser to the Section 809 Panel on Acquisition Reform, and Director of Operations for the US Army's Installation Management. Ted's military experience includes key roles such as Commanding General of the US Army Contracting Command and the US Army Expeditionary Contracting Command. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Frostburg State University, and fellowship at the US Army War College.
