John Bullough

John Bullough is a seasoned professional in information security and compliance, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President at Procurement Sciences AI since October 2025. Bullough has held various leadership roles, including Board Member at SL|CISO and Advisor at Tola Capital, both starting in late 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Information Security at Jasper and in senior management roles at Delinea and BILL. Early in his career, Bullough was involved in security operations at Divvy, America First Credit Union, and Weber State University, where foundational skills in network security and IT support were developed. Bullough earned a degree in Information Systems and Business from Weber State University between 2003 and 2008.
