Gary Evans is an experienced executive in customer success with a strong background in digital transformation and team leadership. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at ProcurePro, Gary is focused on implementing digital solutions in the construction industry. Previous roles include VP of Customer Success at Thrive, where leadership was provided for a team of Customer Success Managers, and Director of Global Customer Success at Aiven, where success metrics were achieved through team empowerment.
