Shilpa M. is currently the Head of Operations at ProcurePro, a fast-growing construction technology startup. Shilpa previously served as the Operations & Marketing Manager at the same company, where Shilpa focused on empowering construction companies to streamline subcontractor engagement. Shilpa also holds the role of Pioneers Community Advisor at AirTree, Curator & Host at TEDxSydney, and Industry Advisor at SXSW Sydney. Additionally, Shilpa founded Giants, a mentor program for startups, and has experience in interior design and writing/editing. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, and various other certifications in finance, real estate, and architectural studies.
