Alissa Roberts

Alissa Roberts has over 12 years of work experience. Alissa is currently working at Procurify as a Senior Strategic Operations Manager since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hootsuite from 2012 to 2022, holding various roles including Manager, Total Rewards, Senior Total Rewards Specialist, Senior Business Partner, FP&A, Business Partner, FP&A, Operations Coordinator, and Administrative Ambassador. Before joining Hootsuite, Alissa worked at "rhubarb" as a Logistics Coordinator from 2010 to 2011, where they assisted with the logistics and operations of restaurants and bars. Their first professional experience was at Sartoriani, where they served as a Client Relations Consultant and Sales Executive from 2009 to 2010, working on improving service and increasing sales.

Alissa Roberts began their education in 2004 when they enrolled at the University of Victoria. Alissa completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General in 2009. In 2008, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Universiti Sains Malaysia, where they focused on International Business. Later, in 2018, Alissa pursued further education at the Association of Finance Professionals, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional.
