Sara Defina

Sara Defina, CPA, CA, CBV, is a Partner at Information Venture Partners. They have previously served as an Investment Banking Analyst at SurePath Capital Partners, where they assisted growth stage B2B software companies in strategic exits and securing growth equity financing. Sara's early career includes a role as a Senior Associate in Audit at KPMG, conducting financial statement audits for clients in the financial services sector. They are currently a Board Observer for several companies, including Procurify and ThoughtExchange, and are pursuing a Chartered Business Valuator designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
