Aaron Sevy

Aaron Sevy has held various positions in the IT industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Advisor and SME at Apple, where they were responsible for advanced troubleshooting of iPhone/iPad/iPod/iOS/browser/email/personal webpage/connectivity firewall/router/hub problems and providing customer education. Aaron also trained new advisors and supervised a team of about 30 Subject Matter Experts. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Information Technology Infrastructure Consultant at RSM US LLP, where they captured client requirements from 20 user startups to 600+ end user clients, participated in project scoping and technical plan development, designed infrastructure solutions to meet business objectives, and provided remote support using various tools. Since 2017, they have been the Director of IT Operations at Proda Technology, where they conduct healthcare industry research and analysis for improvement opportunities, manages Office 365 Tenant creation and data migration, and supports clients' infrastructure, network, and security needs.

Aaron Sevy attended Florida State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Aaron also attended St. Petersburg College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Information Technology. In October 2016, they obtained an A.C.E. Certification from Litmos by CallidusCloud.
