Pei Chi Lee has work experience as a Business Analyst at PRODA LTD since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Summer Intern at PA International Property Consultants Sdn Bhd from June 2019 to August 2019. Pei Chi also has experience as a Finance Associate at Renaissance Hotels from June 2017 to December 2017 and as an Audit Intern at Baker Tilly from January 2016 to April 2016.
Pei Chi Lee completed a Master's degree in Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Pei Chi Lee also completed a Foundation in Business program at the University of Reading Malaysia, studying from 2016 to 2017.

Automation holds huge potential to improve speed, accuracy and productivity. The real estate industry is no exception, but so far limited progress has been made towards digitalisation. Many companies are still running on traditional workflows, for instance using spreadsheets to organise, process and share their data. This data comes in unlimited different formats, and is often stored across unstructured, disparate filing systems, creating data silos.
