Marta Salom is a Quality Manager at Prodalim Iberia SLU, currently overseeing quality assurance practices. They hold a Master's degree in Quality and Food Safety and have extensive experience in quality control, having worked in various roles including Técnico de Control de Calidad at ADM and Practicas in different food and beverages companies. Marta previously completed a project on bio-active peptides at the Instituto de Agroquímica y Tecnología de Alimentos as part of their undergraduate degree in Agricultural and Food Industries from Universitat Politècnica de València.
