Eva Mai has a diverse professional background with experience in capacity management, user access management, and customer support. Currently serving at Prodapt and M-PESA Africa since May 2023, Eva leads L0 Monitoring and Service Desk operations while also managing capacity and user access. Previous roles include Customer Support Agent for Clipboard Health and Q-link Wireless at Influx, Interior Designer at eclectic studio, and Sales Director followed by Showroom Manager at HENRY WEST FURNITURE LTD. Earlier experience includes administrative positions at Standby Power Technologies and Woodcharm, focusing on sales and marketing. Eva holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, an Intermediate Certificate in Accounting from the African Institute of Research and Development Studies, and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies.
