Mary Vikram .

Mary Vikram is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational design. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Prodapt since June 2022, Mary oversees initiatives in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. Prior roles at Prodapt include Associate Director and Senior Manager, where Mary successfully led transformational projects, including employee engagement programs and global talent strategies. Previous experience includes organizational development roles at Future Focus Infotech and Capgemini, alongside early career training and development positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Mary holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing research in Organizational Behavior at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
