Neeraj Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account service delivery and business operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director at Prodapt since March 2023, Neeraj oversees a team of over 400 FTEs, focusing on profitability, metrics, and innovative improvements. Previously held the position of Deputy General Manager at Paytm Wholesale Commerce Private Limited, managing end-to-end export-import operations. Neeraj's earlier roles include Senior Manager at HCL Technologies, leading BPO service delivery, and Manager at Reliance Communications, where responsibilities included usage and revenue marketing and executive assistance to the CEO.
