Nishanth M is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CDP Lead Partner and Associate Director for TM&OD at Prodapt since May 2022, Nishanth previously held the position of TM, L&D, and OD Lead at Adani Total Gas from January 2020 to May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Plant HRBP at GAIL (India) Limited from May 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included campus recruitment and participation in the talent acquisition team. Nishanth began a career in talent acquisition as a specialist and completed a summer internship at Cognizant in 2016.
