Vikram's background includes leadership roles at IBM as Cloud Services Leader for Africa, overseeing major accounts and initiatives, and prior experience at Clarity and CSG, where Vikram developed global alliances and established brand presence in South Asia. Vikram holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and completed the final semester of an MBA at Queensland University of Technology.
