Prior experience includes roles as Senior Account Manager and Technical Recruiter in the recruitment sector from September 2010 to November 2018, focusing on understanding hiring needs and candidate identification. Additionally, experience as an Investment Manager from April 2002 to June 2007 involved coaching branch staff and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the life, pensions, and investment marketplace.
