Stacey Olliff is the SVP of Business & Legal Affairs at Prodege. Stacey has extensive experience in the legal and business affairs field, having worked at various companies in leadership positions.
Olliff began their career as an associate attorney at Morrison & Foerster. Stacey then became a partner at Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP, where they worked for 25 years. In 2000, they left their position at the law firm to join Shopzilla, Inc. as their General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer.
At Shopzilla, Olliff helped build the company into a successful venture-backed online comparison shopping site. In 2005, the company was sold to The E.W. Scripps Co. for $525 million. After the sale, Olliff continued to work at Shopzilla for a year before moving to NBCUniversal in 2006.
At NBCUniversal, Olliff oversaw legal and business affairs for Fandango, initially as a venture-backed company, then through its sale to Comcast in 2007 and subsequent transition into NBCU in 2011. During their tenure at NBCU, they also managed legal and business affairs for several other NBC digital properties, including Movies.com, DailyCandy, and Digital Ad Sales. In 2014, Olliff left NBCUniversal to join Prodege as their SVP of Business & Legal Affairs.
Stacey Olliff received their J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and their B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida in Pre-Law.
