Celso Pontes is currently the Chefe Adjunto do Projecto de Remodelação dos Equipamentos da Central e Subestação do A.H. Matala at Prodel-EP, a role they have held since 2020. They also work as a Técnico in the DEOB/A.H. Matala division, focusing on the structural observation and safety of the Matala Dam. Celso served as the Presidente of the Comité Angolano de Barragens from 2022 to 2017, where they contributed to the study of dams and related issues in Angola.
