Since August 2015, Roberson has served as a Volleyball Referee for the Federação Mineira de Voleibol in Minas Gerais. Concurrently, Roberson has been a Systems Analyst at Companhia de Tecnologia da Informação do Estado de Minas Gerais - Prodemge since December 2011, with roles including Java Developer, PHP Developer, Database Developer, and Software Architect, where responsibilities involve guiding software architecture and making key technical decisions.
