Yoaldis Pena

Yoaldis Pena is the current CEO of ProDev Solution. Prior to this, they worked as IT Manager, Epicor 905 Analyst and Development, SQL Server Database Develop & Administration for CEM Global LLC from November 2013 to February 2016. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and supervising processes including visualization, implementation and delivery of software and application configurations and proficiently performed as Principal Architect and Lead Developer. Yoaldis also oversaw resource requirements and schedule personnel for various Software and Engineering projects. Yoaldis was adept at modifying UI forms using specific Epicor 9 Tools comprising BPM’s, BAQ’s, Dashboards, AFR, and BAM’s. Yoaldis conceptualized and executed an innovative web design, continually updated and maintained website and ensured on-going availability by effectively overseeing the organization’s website. Yoaldis also drove SQL server development processes and writing procedures including triggers, DTS, SSIS and SSRS. Yoaldis utilized a comprehensive array of tools including C#, VB.Net, VBScript and Progress 4GL/ABL to accomplish custom programming, import data into the Epicor Migration using Epicor 905 DMT, and drive program development employing MS Visual Studio 2012 or higher, C#, ADO.NET & DevExpress tools.

During their time at CEM Global LLC, they also spearheaded Epicor 9 project and skilfully drove ERP project execution concentrating on logistics configuration and multiple warehouse management processes.

Yoaldis Pena's educational career consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Sistema Universitario Ana G. Méndez (SUAGM), a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Pedagogico "Frank Pais Garcia", and a Bachelor in Information Technology from Istituto Superior Pedagogico "Fran Pais Garcia".
