Prodigy People was launched in 2019, but has been built on a foundation of over 20 years’ experience in the Australian recruitment sector. 

Our Managing Director, Caroline Walters, launched Retail Therapy Recruiting in 2007, but to reflect the business growth and expansion into FMCG & Aged Care the business was renamed Prodigy People in 2019. 

Our small and seasoned team of professionals’ place best-fit candidates in temporary and permanent roles across Australia and we work with clients such as ALDI Stores, TerryWhite Chemmart, L'Oreal, MCoBeauty, Target, Louis Vuitton, RFBI and GAZMAN.
