Prodigy People was launched in 2019, but has been built on a foundation of over 20 years’ experience in the Australian recruitment sector.

Our Managing Director, Caroline Walters, launched Retail Therapy Recruiting in 2007, but to reflect the business growth and expansion into FMCG & Aged Care the business was renamed Prodigy People in 2019.

Our small and seasoned team of professionals’ place best-fit candidates in temporary and permanent roles across Australia and we work with clients such as ALDI Stores, TerryWhite Chemmart, L'Oreal, MCoBeauty, Target, Louis Vuitton, RFBI and GAZMAN.

We know that finding the right talent is a critical element of success for businesses of all sizes and from all sectors and that’s why we take our recruitment partnerships very seriously. We strive to be true recruitment partners to our clients and career advisors to our candidates. The right people in the right roles is the winning combination we seek, every time.

We are accredited members of The Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association Australia & New Zealand (RCSA), the peak body for the recruitment and staffing industry in Australia and New Zealand. Our head office is located in Sydney and our regional office is located in the Southern Highlands, NSW.
