ProDiligent was created to meet the growing demand for a more efficient, secure, and cost-effective solution to manage professional talent transactions, acquisitions, and risk in the sports industry. It originated from a focus group of industry leaders seeking a smarter, data-driven approach to evaluating players before deal completion and supporting new ownership transitions.

Backed by extensive R&D and design input from top industry leaders and executives, ProDiligent is positioning itself as the new trusted gold standard for sports teams—a reliable, all-in-one platform that streamlines player assessments, talent evaluation, and senior staff hiring. It empowers leadership teams to make better-informed decisions across recruitment, transfer activity, M&A, and strategic deal-making.

By replacing outdated manual workflows with AI-powered automation, ProDiligent reduces costs, improves efficiency, and unifies multiple vendor services into a single, secure platform—safeguarding investments and accelerating transactions, particularly during transfer windows. It also facilitates Owners’ and Directors’ fit-and-proper testing.

The platform features a proprietary four-dimensional evaluation framework designed specifically to address the minds of sports leadership. Using advanced AI and our unique intelligence Index, it blends key data points with insights to deliver an all-in one sports portfolio report —enabling executives, chairmen, and C-suite leaders to enhance their decision-making to securely complete acquisitions with greater confidence.

ProDiligent is currently focused on deployment across UK football, with plans to scale globally.
