Prodos is an AI operations copilot for RIAs and independent wealth management firms. We automate the messy back-office work that slows client onboarding, asset transfers, and account servicing, so your team gets time back and your clients start getting billed weeks sooner.

Most onboarding delays don't come from advisors. They come from broken data flows. A new client sends a PDF statement, your ops team rekeys it into the CRM, fills out custodian paperwork, chases missing signatures, and one wrong field triggers a NIGO that resets the clock. A three-week onboarding timeline can cost up to 5% of first-year revenue. We've lived that problem firsthand at a high-growth robo-advisor that scaled to thousands of advisory accounts.

Prodos plugs into the tools you already use (CRM, custodians, document management, planning tools, etc.) and acts as a virtual teammate. It extracts client data from PDFs and emails, validates it against custodian requirements, pre-fills account opening and ACATS transfer forms, manages document collection and reminders, then syncs the clean data back across your CRM and billing tools. No rip-and-replace. No spreadsheet handoffs. No NIGOs.

Founded by operators who built and ran ops, compliance, and custody at a high-growth fintech, Prodos is for RIAs that want to scale assets and clients without scaling headcount. If you want to see where your onboarding is leaking time and revenue, book a 20-minute audit at www.prodos.dev and we'll send tailored recommendations within 48 hours.
