Adrian Reece

Adrian Reece is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, organizational behavior, and workforce analytics. Currently serving as Vice President of Data Science at Prodoscore and a Consulting Specialist at CGU-Accenture Talent Innovation Lab, Adrian is a founding member of the lab, focusing on optimizing workforce planning and assessment through behavioral science. Previous roles include Business Intelligence Developer at Calmax Technology, Research and Data Consultant, and leadership development researcher at LeAD Labs. Adrian holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and an MA in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, in addition to a B.B.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
