Maxwell Yates

Maxwell Yates is an experienced Programme Manager currently working at Prodrive since February 2024, with a prior role in the same capacity at Switch Mobility from August 2022 to February 2024. Yates served as an Engineering Specialist focused on Aerodynamics, Thermal Management, and Cooling at REE from February 2022 to August 2022. A significant portion of Yates' career was spent at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd from October 2002 to February 2022, where roles included Senior Manager for Powertrain System Engineering, Programme Manager for Electric Vehicles, and Principal Engineer/Manager for Powertrain Cooling Systems, among others. Earlier experience includes positions at BMW Group as a Project Engineer for Powertrain Emissions Systems and Senior Design Engineer for Powertrain Induction Systems, as well as multiple engineering roles at Rover Group, starting as a Technical Apprentice in September 1985.
