Sylvia van Bree

Sylvia van Bree is an experienced Industrial Automation Software Engineer at Prodrive Technologies since November 2019, specializing in the integration and development of software applications for robotics platforms using C#. Prior to this role, Sylvia worked at Eindhoven University of Technology from September 2013 to October 2019, contributing as a researcher and educator, including implementing a grain boundary interface model for crystal plasticity. Sylvia gained valuable experience during a research internship at the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on FEM analysis, and held leadership responsibilities as Treasurer for the Werktuigkundige Studievereniging Simon Stevin. Sylvia holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
