Tom de Bont

Tom de Bont has held leadership and technical roles in the engineering and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Teamleider System Assembly Cleanroom at Prodrive Technologies since May 2021, Tom focuses on motivating teams to excel in quality, logistics, and technology. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Technician and Technician at Autobedrijf Jabe Dongen bv from July 2015 to June 2021, and a brief role as a Cardetailer and Boxspring bezorger. Tom is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology, building on a bachelor's degree in werktuigbouwkunde from the same institution and a VWO (Technasium) diploma obtained in 2019.
