Lauren McCarthy

Lauren McCarthy is the Director of Recruiting at ProDrivers, where they lead the Hiring Engine Acquisition Team (HEAT) in attracting top-tier talent across the Central and Western U.S. Previously, Lauren held various roles at ProDrivers, including Lead Utilization Manager and Employment Recruiter, where they focused on generating applicant flow and maintaining employee retention. They co-owned Lowcountry Pet Sitters and Lucille Pet Sitting, providing premier pet care services, and also co-owned Happy Sandman Pottery, specializing in ceramics. Lauren served as VP of Membership and Communications Director for the OSU Entrepreneurship Club and was active as a mentor in the ECHS Mentorship Program, fostering entrepreneurial skills in high school students. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Oklahoma State University.
