We run workshops on P&L fundamentals, business case development, and financial fluency for product teams. Our mission is to bridge the gap between product strategy and financial outcomes so product leaders can build cases that CFOs approve and secure the budget they need to execute.

Founded by Alyx Priestley and Rebecca Fairlamb, who bring 24 years of combined experience in product leadership and finance across B2C and B2B.
