You learn the most by teaching others. We all have something to teach someone else.

These are the two primary reasons I would like to help you improve your product organisation through my experience in the art and craft of great product management.

I can help in at least these ways:

- Training product leaders
- Training product managers
- 1:1 Coaching individual product managers and product leaders
- Consultancy: help companies setup a product management function
- Hands on product management: fill in for a product manager for short to mid missions
- Fractional leadership: part time head of product/director of product management
- Help with product management interviews: for companies with limited experience at hiring product managers.
- Crafting a product vision, strategy and operationalising this within the organisation meaningfully
- Crafting and maintaining (with low overhead) a flexible (yay for the product team!) and yet credible (yay for the sales and marketing team!) internal and customer facing roadmap.
- Time Management
