I’m an experienced Enterprise Product Leader, Product Management Career and Leadership Coach, Author, You-tube content creator, first generation immigrant, a mom and a self-proclaimed diversity champion!

Over the last 18 years, I have worked with clients, both individuals and companies, either full time or part time, in many different capacities, including Product Leader, Mentor, Coach, Advisor, Trainer and Consultant.

Product Leader: Since 2004, I have designed, built and launched enterprise cloud-based (B2B) products for a large scale of external and internal customers globally, including at leading tech companies ServiceNow and Salesforce. My experience spans many different industries such as healthcare, energy, finance and retail.

I have driven key outcomes such as increasing customer engagement, creating new revenue streams, increasing customer satisfaction scores and improving product adoption metrics. 

My cross-domain expertise across CRM, Marketing Tech (Martech) Products, B2B Marketplaces, Customer Self-Service Products, Customer Renewals, and many others, that helps me easily understand and adapt to any client problem, and allows me to partner with them successfully to design and implement the right solutions.

Coach & Trainer: I currently coach clients through 1:1 and group settings in building their Product Thinking muscles and help them ace PM interviews, and land job offers at their desired level. 

I also work as a Product Coach at Stanford University, where I have coached 100+ people from all over the world, at different career stages. I have also previously taught 8-10 week Product Manager and Product Leader certificate programs through Product School.

Speaker: I am a speaker at various events related to tech and product. 

Consultant/Advisor: I’ve consulted with Fortune 500 companies and startups on various topics related to Product, Tech and Business Strategy.
