Seth Oster

Seth Oster currently serves as Chief Delivery Officer at Productive Edge since March 2025. Prior to this role, Seth Oster held the position of Senior Director of Consulting Services at Rulesware from April 2015 to March 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing account teams and ensuring quality delivery for all clients. Seth Oster’s earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Cambia Health Solutions from March 2011 to April 2015, where leadership of PMO initiatives led to improved project management processes and significant reductions in walk-in payments through new technology. Previously, as Project Manager at The CHP Group (May 2008 - March 2011), Seth Oster implemented processes for strategic planning and successful core system replacements. Initial project management experience was gained as Support Services Project Manager at Hollywood Entertainment (April 2006 - May 2008), focusing on projects that affected the support center and stakeholder engagement.
