Stephen McMaster

Stephen McMaster is a seasoned design engineer currently working at Productive Resources LLC since January 2023. With extensive experience at AGCO Corporation from April 1995 to April 2023, Stephen held various positions including Sr. Designer and Experimental Mechanic. As a small business owner, Stephen leads Rub Me Down BBQ LLC, which specializes in BBQ rubs and catering since April 2021, and also owns CQ Gamebirds, offering guided upland game bird hunts. A strong foundation in construction management was established through the role of Foreman at Cummings Custom Construction from June 1993 to April 1995. Stephen holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Drafting Technology from Hutchinson Community College, focusing on Mechanical Drafting and CAD/CADD.
