Daan Smit is an Implementation Architect at Productsup, building on over four years of experience in consumer electronics. Daan began their career as an Advice Specialist at Coolblue, quickly ascending to roles such as Floormanager, where they led a team of 21 and collaborated on projects to enhance the customer journey in physical stores. Daan previously held positions as Customer Experience Lead at both Productsup and World of Content, and their early career included management roles in hospitality. They earned a Propedeuse in Information Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
