Rafał Muszyński

Rafał Muszyński is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Productsup since October 2022, Rafał also founded BetterFeedback, an innovative qualitative customer feedback analytics tool, in August 2021. Prior experience includes leading teams and software engineering roles at Sourcefabric z.ú. from July 2013 to June 2021, where Rafał worked on various projects including open content management systems and payment solutions. As a former CEO & Founder of Harmonizely, a meeting scheduling tool that was acquired by SimplyBook, and earlier leadership roles in local news portals, Rafał demonstrates a strong background in agile methodologies and technical development. Rafał holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Siedlce University and an Engineer's degree in Computer Programming from Akademia Podlaska w Siedlcach.
