Leandro Glossman

Leandro Glossman has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Leandro started their career in 2006 at Fravega SACIEI, where they were involved in the migration of core applications to SAP and developed a Point of Sale application using Swing. Leandro then worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën as a software engineer, where they developed web applications for cost optimization in automotive production.

In 2009, Leandro joined Citi as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed an offline home banking application for small businesses and was responsible for the client-side architecture. Leandro utilized Java, JavaScript, JQuery, Google Gears, SQLite, Oracle DB, Spring, and Struts for this project.

From 2011 to 2013, Leandro worked at OSDE as a Lead Software Engineer, leading a team of developers in a project aimed at replacing core legacy business systems. Leandro was responsible for technical design and documentation.

In 2013, they joined Guarnic as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed a complete management and monitoring suite utilizing Android mobile devices, a Java server backend, and a Play Framework for the backoffice application.

Leandro then joined R/GA in 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked as a Senior Android Developer on various projects, including the Beats Music music player.

In 2015, they co-founded Tattu Mobile and served as a Co-Owner. Leandro played a key role in architecting a web portal for a large building materials and aggregates company.

From 2016 to 2022, Leandro worked at Amazon as a Full Stack Engineer. Leandro initially worked on the Ring Neighbors App, where they were responsible for the architecture and development of the Android version. Later, they took on the role of Senior Backend Engineer, developing and maintaining micro-service oriented systems for Neighbors. Leandro extensively used AWS tools such as ECS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Lambda, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.

Currently, in 2022, Leandro is working as a Full Stack Engineer at ProductWind.

Leandro Glossman earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems from Instituto de Tecnología ORT, specializing in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology, from 2006 to 2010. Leandro also obtained the CCNA certification from Proydesa in 2006.
